Some rare footage of the great Lew Lewis. Sadly these days a very ill man with some addiction problems but i saw him a few times back in the day and he was exceptionaly entertaining. He was in the Hot Rods and played with Wilko Johnson and wrote songs for the Feelgoods.

One of my favourite Fats Domino numbers he's managed to keep the same band together throughout his career and kept the same sound because of it - no Chuck Berry tactics of using unrehearsed pick up bands and then deliberately playing songs in the wrong key here! Class.
