The name of my band is the Bad Detectives we've released some music on the Western Star label and continue to gig around the west country. As good as this is, it does seem to be a direct rip-off of "Motorcycle Speed Cop" by the band The Bad Detectives. Eh?
Sarcastic and cynical folk might say it was the other way round and that you were attempting comic irony with your comment. However my record company's legal team assures me you would not be that foolish!
